◆  The main focus of the FEM optimization process is to enhance the larger and more significant components.

◆  The welded crown, column, and bed are fastened using tie rod bolts, ensuring strong intensity and rigidity when subjected to pressure.

◆  The asynchronous drive minimizes the sideways force on the small slide.

◆  The drive gear is constructed from a high-strength alloy steel, while the herringbone gear in the high-speed gear pair and the straight gear in the low-speed gear pair are hardened and ground for long-lasting durability.

◆  The slide is guided by an eight-sided rectangular guide.

◆  The machine is equipped with a pneumatic friction clutch brake that operates partially, and there is also the option of an imported wet type clutch brake.

◆  A hydraulic overload protector with high sensitivity is included.

◆  Automatic oil lubrication is provided to ensure smooth operation.

◆  The machine is fitted with an imported safety dual solenoid valve.

◆  There are two control alternatives: electronic cam and mechanical cam.

◆  Additional features that can be added include an air cushion, moving bolster (JD36-400/500), tonnage gauge, and anti-vibration pads.
