In December, Yangli Group was awarded the honorary title of "Demonstration Enterprise of Manufacturing Single Champion - Mechanical Press".

In February, Yangli Group won the second prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award.

In August, Jiangsu Yangli Group Co., Ltd. was restructured into Yangli Group Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Yangli Group was renamed Yangli Group.

In April, Jiangsu Fuli CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was officially renamed Jiangsu Yangli CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd.
2006
In September, Jiangsu Yangli Group was approved to establish the Jiangsu Metal Plate Processing Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center.
2005
In August, Jiangsu Yangli Group Hanjiang Industrial Park invested in the construction of the second phase of Yangli Technology Industrial Park - a new factory area for precision machinery.
2004
In January, Jiangsu Yangli Group, Fuli CNC, and Guoli Forging were recognized as key enterprises in China’s national CNC metal sheet processing equipment industry base. In September, the CPC Jiangsu Yangli Group General Branch was elevated to a full Committee within the Party structure.
2003
In April, Jiangsu Yangli was recognized as a national key high-tech enterprise. In September, it invested in the first phase of the Yangli Technology Industrial Park. By November, it was renamed Jiangsu Yangli Group, officially forming the Group.
2002
Jiangsu Yangli expanded by acquiring Dongfang Forging, establishing Jiangsu Guoli, creating new joint-venture and wholly owned subsidiaries, and investing in the first phase of the Yangli Science and Technology Industrial Park.
2001
In March, Jiangsu Yangli Forging Machine Tool Co., Ltd. held a controlling stake and established Jiangsu Fuli CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd.
2000
n October, Jiangsu Yangli Forging Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province.
In December, the Yangli brand press machine obtained the Jiangsu Famous Brand Product Certificate.
1999
In January, Jiangsu Yangli Forging Machine Tool Co., Ltd. invested in the construction of the first phase of the North Plant Area project.
1998
In September, Yangzhou Second Forging Machine Tool Factory was restructured into Jiangsu Yangli Forging Machine Tool Co., Ltd.
1995
On July 25th, Yangzhou Second Forging and Pressing Machine Tool Factory obtained independent import and export operation rights.
1990
On February 20th, Yangzhou Second Forging and Pressing Machine Tool Factory merged with Hanjiang County Wood Factory and Hanjiang County Non ferrous Metal Casting Factory.
1988
In September, Hanjiang County Second Forging Machine Tool Factory was renamed Yangzhou Second Forging Machine Tool Factory.
1981
In March, Huoqiao Agricultural Machinery Factory was renamed as Hanjiang County Second Forging and Pressing Machine Tool Factory.
1966
On September 16th, Zhangba Sand Refining Factory, Huoqiao Hardware Grinding Tool Factory, and Huoqiao Agricultural Machinery Repair Factory merged to establish Huoqiao Agricultural Machinery Factory.
